Welcome to dougal.us (or “Dougal.us Maximus” as I jokingly call it). This is going to be my professional/portfolio site, as opposed to my long-running personal blog at dougal.gunters.org. I will continue to post WordPress-related articles to my blog (in addition to personal bits from time to time). This site will cross-pollenate WordPress material along with other web development topics — PHP, Perl, jQuery, CSS, databases, and whatever else interests me.
In addition, I will occasionally post about projects that I’ve worked on, either personally or professionally. I may also sometimes run experiments here with new plugins or themes, especially here in the early stages. In particular, I will probably end up switching themes soon.
